Anyone have a good recipe for wild hog

Greetings,  My brother is always giving me hog meat that he kills on his deer lease and i'm having trouble cooking it.  I've tried smoking it and its dry.  I"ve roasted it in the oven but its still kinda dry and gamey.  Anybody have any tips or good recipes for hog?
